Terms of use

Last updated October 25, 2026. These terms are between you and Kingsbridge Consultancy LLC, which runs vibestreak. By signing in or syncing you accept them.

Your account

Sign in with GitHub accounts that are yours. Keep your CLI tokens private; revoke one in Settings if it leaks. You are responsible for what is synced with your tokens.

Fair play

Sync only real activity from your own machines and accounts. Don't fabricate or alter data, sync someone else's activity, create profiles to game the boards, or interfere with the service (including scraping beyond the public API's limits). We may hold profiles for review, remove data, or close accounts that break these rules, and our decisions on rankings and badges are final.

Your data

You own your data. You allow us to store and display it as the privacy policy describes, including publicly while your profile is public. You can hide or delete it at any time.

The CLI

The vibestreak CLI is open source under the MIT license, which governs its use. It runs on your machine and reads your AI tools' local history and your git history to compute the totals it sends.

No warranty

vibestreak is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Numbers are computed from what tools record locally and may be incomplete or wrong; ranks and badges are for fun and motivation, not a measure of anyone's skill or productivity.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kingsbridge Consultancy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than US$100 in total, arising from your use of vibestreak.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the service; we will post changes here. You may stop using vibestreak and delete your data at any time; we may suspend or end the service with reasonable notice where we can.
